I’ve been carp fishing for nearly 40 years now, As I’m from Essex when I started carp fishing I would fish waters such as The Chase, Hainault and south weald, great waters in their day with a lot of history. I’ve also many waters aboard including The Orient, Madine, Lamonce, Abbey lakes, Iktus, St Lawrance river (New York state), La Folia, parco de brenta(Italy) plus many more.
As I full time as an overhead linesman, most of my fishing is based on overnighters between work and continue to fish through all 4 seasons of the year.
My UK PB are 50lb 80z Common and 48lb Mirror
My PB aboard are 76lb 8oz Mirror and 54lb 8oz common
